| The Advanced Field Conductor Development (AFCD) programme is designed to meet the manpower demand from the planting industry. It provides an opportunity to field conductor to attend series of plantation management course in preparation for employment in the industry. The intensive programme provides theoretical and practical knowledge of plantation management. This programme is targeted at field conductor level.
ENTRY REQUIREMENT:
• Field conductor with at least three years working experiences.
PROGRAMMER STRUCTURE
The minimum duration of study is one year and the programme will be conducted on part time basis. Students are expected to completed one module per month.

Module 5 : Mechanization of Estate Operation

Module 9 : Industrial Relation
Module 10: Nursery and Landscape Management
